The product can either be fully dissembled or assembled, as per request. \rthere will be no box to package the products to, please arrange the packing technique. I can help by packing smaller parts or cushions in a bag. \r\r years of usage - 3 years but I was traveling for 1 year and was not home to use it. \r\r color - very light grey\r\rcondition of the sofa - maintained well. there is a coffee stain on the side of the sofa. since it is an almost white color, there seems to be a sligh discoloration. I will wash the covers once before the sale but in the photo, there is some visibility of the stain. the overall cover might look not as brand new, there is a bit of faded color and slight marks. but the sofa was well taken care off.
